Account

How do I create an account for myself and my pets?
  1. Download Park Your Pet from the App Store or Play Store.
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the navigational menu, found at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap “Your Account” and follow the prompts.
  4. Once Your Account is completed, under Profile tap “Add Your Pet”. Once you’re done, you’ll be able to add other pets!
    Make sure to enter all your information- without this, the “Your Account” and “Your Pet” sections may not be processed.
How do I create an upcoming event?
  1. Tap the News icon in the navigational menu found at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Scroll down to “Upcoming Events”.
  3. Scroll right until you see a plus icon and follow the prompts.
  4. Once you have submitted your event, Park Your Pet will review the submission, before sharing it under the News section of the app when approved. Note, Your Profile and Your Pet Profile must be completed to lodge the application

 

How do I report a lost pet?
  1. Tap the Profile icon in the navigational menu found at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap “Report Your Lost Pet” and follow the prompts.
  3. Once you have submitted your lost pet, Park Your Pet will review the submission, before sharing it under the News section when approved. Note, Your Profile and Your Pet Profile must be completed to lodge the application.
I’d like to report abuse from another member
  1. Fill in the contact form below with your name, email, the user’s details, and any other additional comments.
  2. This form will then be sent to the Park Your Pet moderators to action.

Why wasn’t my event submitted to the news feed?

Park Your Pet reviews all content before it’s submitted to the news feed. This is just to make sure there’s no inappropriate content or imagery floating around.
